At the core of my teaching is mindfulness "The Mindful Heart", and breath work. The Mindful Heart cultivates an intuitive awareness and heart centred intelligence that supports our thinking, reasoning, and decision making during the day. It allows the heart to stay open and connect despite the harsher realities of some human experiences. Breath work, (rooted in pranayama and a connection to the Earth) is a gentle and profound way of moving away from an unhealthy dependence on technology and the noise of the world. Our breath brings us home, a home which is in your heart. The breath creates an embrace; an embrace of love in silence. From this place you have a very different relationship with the flow of life. It supports the growth and resilience of "The Mindful Heart".
